Items purchased at Mycleanaqua.com. Must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All return shipments must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To get an RGA number, please call 678-888-3800 or email: buy@mycleanaqua.com. Items must be unopened /still in original packaging. Items may be returned within thirty (30) days from date of original order for a full refund (less shipping charges), subject to a 25% restock fee.

Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not Mycleanaqua.com directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
